They get married, she doesn't want to be a vampire just yet so they try and have a sexy honeymoon without him going all deranged by pleasure and killing her (he just ripped the 4 poster bed up!) and by some miracle she gets pregnant, within about 5 minutes she is fully to term and they aren't sure if its a vampire baby as she is craving blood, bleugh, anyway, she dies giving birth - it breaks all the bones in her body, edward had to bite the baby out of her while wolf boy jacod looked on in fury and then she's all dead and the baby was human and right at the end bella/kristen comes back to life all vamped up!
