Curb Your Enthusiasm returns with Ricky Gervais!

Great news for fellow Curb fans, Ricky Gervais will be appearing in season 8, due to air in 2011. I'll really look forward to that!

Details are a bit sparse at the moment but here's the original news link.

Here's part one of the excellent 'Ricky Gervais meets...' show with Larry David as his subject.

Curb Your Enthusiasm : Season 7

I am really looking forward to this, especially with the non-official Seinfeld reunion storyline.

Larry David is a comic genius and *raspberries* to all you non believers!

Mr. Show - Channel Six "On the Spot News"

This is what I'm watching at the moment on DVD. Mr. Show is a sketch show from the mid to late 90's written by and starring David Cross (Arrested Development) & Bob Odenkirk.

Its a HBO comedy so has plenty of controversial subjects and lots of swearing. I like to think this is what inspired the excellent Tim & Eric Awesome Show which Bob & David have also appeared in over the series.

Mr. Show has also featured some great cameo's from now famous comedy actors such as Ben Stiller, Jack Black & Sarah Silverman.

Larry returns for Curb: Season 7!

This is the best news I've heard all day! A 7th Season of Curb Your Enthusiasm will be "pretty, pretty, pretty good!". Jeff Garlin apparently leaked the news on his Twitter page.

On a related subject, (apparently) there's a Seinfeld reunion planned for 12 December 2012! That will be huge.

'Flight of the Conchords' delayed!

I was really hoping new episodes would become available this year but unfortunately the second season of HBO's excellent 'Flight of the Conchords' has been delayed until early 2009.

For the time being, YouTube has plenty of clips to watch.

The Conchords are due to release their first full-length album in April which I will definitely be buying. They've already released one EP, 'Not So Distant Future'.
